- Exams went well, predicting at least a pass in all subjects...p’s get degrees!
- Training full on as usual and keeping on top of the little stuff i.e. stretching
- Work is going swell, on top of working at Amart All Sports I got a job at Hudson’s Coffee (do not judge me it’s the person behind the machine not the label for you coffee critics out there!)
- My birthday was a day full of organising for the Tour De Perth however did not go un celebrated with a dinner at the Lion! Great pub...then Tash and I letting the other college exam mode people back to their books and we went on the search for additional cake on top of the ice-cream cake Tash brought me...I got further then Tash in my mission to finish of a massive piece of mars bar/tim tam cheesecake but I didn’t make it the full way...falling short at the icing stage...
- A friend of mine tried to sum up my birthday in a nutshell “so how does your first pointless b’day feel?” however despite this being semi true unlike everyone else I know, the fear of getting old is not there! I’m happy to move and go forward...I don’t know why I’m the only person holding the flag on this one...maybe if I explain my “life theory” it might change some people’s minds!
- The last race on the National Road Series calendar was the Tour De Perth and it was awesome! Great competition and a real test to see where I am at leading up to nationals. Being aggressive where I wanted to be and playing “smart” most of the time...I came away with 9th on GC, I was always in the lead group aka chasing Ruth Corset bunch ,however falling short a couple of places due to my TT not matching it with the other girls! Just something I need to work on.
Ok the lack of Blogging has been due to the last 3 or so weeks being full on with training, racing, studying, working and to add to the mix my Birthday! So here is the run down;

Now back in Radeliade ready to move in Jonny’s son for a summer of training and work to SAVE SAVE SAVE for next year!
