So after my little mind blast, let’s get down to the crux of this week and following in true Rhys Gillet style I’m going to use the roar figures to explain my week to you;
5 Flats....need new tyres
3 False fire alarms, this brought the total up two times I’ve had to strip out of my lycra throw on clothes, bolt down the stairs and to the lawns where everyone is gathering and be like “yeah it’s so early, why the hell would they wake us up at 5 n the morning!”
4 shifts at the bakery 8hrs each!
3 days at uni, which actually acted like rest for my legs, being able to sit down for 3hours at a time!!
4 late dinners (work, riding late etc)...it where you order form college kitchen...always real crap...think of camp food x 10
10 phone calls from mum...1 actually/only able to answer
6hrs of sleep a night
0 nanny naps
0 hour of social time (meaning cafe)
5 late nights of studying....always finished with looking blankly at a page, which is the sign to go to bed!!
1 very satisfied person that this week ended up to be very productive (last few wks have had things collapse all around me)!!On the bike, the legs are clocking over just nicely solid training. With a few adjustments to social life and nanny nap numbers, I’ll be one happy chappie!!
Excuse my briefness; ping pong in the common room is calling!!
