THE HOUSE

The altitude house is running like a well oiled machine. The routine has been established of eat, sleep, ride, and the realisation of how valuable computers can be when you have to be in a house for 14hours a day had came very apparent!
The routine was broken however for dinner at Debacle!! It wasn’t just any ordinary out for dinner, it was to celebrate Chloe Hoskings going away! Australia’s up and coming gun sprinter is being shipped off to China and then Belgium to show her talent and no doubt smash it up!!Dinner consisted of pizza’s which were demolished once landing on the table. This did not satisfy our stomach’s, and we where off in the search for ice-cream! However bitterly disappointed with everything being closed!!...maybe it was a sign! A great night nevertheless!
The intensity has sub-sided out on the road this week and has moved to the lab on the ergo! Yeap round two of testing has arrived!!This week is a chance to measure if we have improved in our fitness and amongst other things since we have been in the house!! The testing involves a sub max VO2 test, a paced 2min followed by an all out 2min, and the last test is an all out effort at high watts until you can physically go no more!!For the first time my testing is in the afternoon! 3pm to be exact! I’ve only ever done testing in the morning, so today no doubt will be one on anticipating what to expect at 3pm, and also a chance to rank up some variable altitude hours in the house!!

The Gallery from dinner...
